Very spacious and bright, it is located on the 1st and only floor of a family home. The 1st level comprises: 2 large bedrooms with cupboards opening onto a private terrace; a fitted kitchen (NEW induction hob, large fridge, microwave, NEW oven, leash washer, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster); a bathroom with toilet and washing machine; a separate toilet; a very large living/dining room equipped with a dining area (XXL table, large screen TV).
Upstairs: a large dormitory with 2 90 beds, 2 large cupboards and a relaxation area (reading, games).
Outside, a semi-covered terrace of 20 M2 with garden furniture. Free parking is located just in front of the appt. The accommodation has just been renovated and offers great amenities.
To visit in the surrounding area: Collioure 5 minutes away, Port-Vendres, Banyuls, St Cyprien, hiking in the Pyrenees). 30 minutes from Perpignan and 20 minutes from Spain (1H30 from Barcelona, 1 hour from Girona, 30 minutes from La Jonquere).
Rental conditions: NO SMOKING accommodation! No Wifi. Pets not allowed. Sheets not provided. Cleaning not included. Deposit of 500 € returned on departure if everything is OK. Cleaning deposit 100 euros (returned if cleaning done correctly by you). The capacity of the accommodation (6 people) cannot be exceeded under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
Option: Possibility to rent on the same property a studio with garden and a room for 2 people (teenagers, grandparents, friends...).
