You have a bedroom for 2 people, expanding capacity to 4 guests with a sofa bed in the living room. The living room and kitchen merge into a welcoming space bathed in light from your 14m2 terrace, whose windows span the entire wall. Breakfasts overlooking the sea will be your daily routine.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, deep fryer, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils for your stay.
The apartment features centralised air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing a stay with maximum comfort, and completes the equipment with a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The urbanisation has a fabulous swimming pool where you can cool off and sunbathe peacefully (the pool is open all year round, but opening hours may vary depending on the month. Please enquire upon arrival).
This accommodation is completed by its privileged location. You have the beach just 70 metres from the apartment, and the services surrounding the apartment guarantee that you won't lose a second on journeys. Restaurants and beach bars abound in the surrounding area, such as La Cubana, a bar right on the beach with an original and fresh offering, the Los Marinos restaurant, ideal for fish and seafood, or the El Gecko bar, with a great atmosphere and a terrace with one of the best views on the Costa del Sol.
It has a garage space, accessible via the building's own lift, essential as it is a very busy area during practically the entire season. In case you don't have a vehicle, bus stops are located just a few metres away, as are taxi services. A few metres from the apartment you also have the commuter train, which will allow you to travel practically along the entire coast, from Fuengirola to Málaga, passing through Benalmádena or Torremolinos. This train also stops at the Airport, making travel even easier for travellers.
Late Check-In
If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Our team will receive you personally and give you the instructions to access the property, so you can settle in comfortably at any time.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES
Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
Considerable amount of dirty dishes unwashed.
Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. Nevertheless, the guest accepts the following:
We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbances caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or for noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjoining plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities beyond our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence shall not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
