About this house rental
This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is situated on the popular El Divino complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
The townhouse has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over, and the other bathroom has a shower, The townhouse boasts four terraces, one at the front of the property and one at the back on the ground floor, a small terrace off the main bedroom leading to the roof terrace. Air con is throughout the townhouse, and is on a meter (first 10 euros is included). The full TV and film package and internet are also included.

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas
As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous size outdoor terrace. Off the master bedroom is a smaller terrace area leading up to the roof terrace area.
The townhouse is in the El Divino complex, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with 2 communal pools surrounded by gardens. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).
Living spaces
The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining area. The living room has an air con unit. Off the living room is the kitchen which comes equipped , cooker, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine is situated in the cupboard on the rear ground floor terrace. The living room has a very comfortable L shaped sofa and a dining area. Internet and full IPTV is included.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There is one twin bedroom and a shower room leading off the living room downstairs. On the first floor is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom all bedrooms have air con units. There is a large bathroom also with a corner bath and shower over.

The apartment is positioned in the middle of Los Alcazares, very central for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which means there is no need for a car if you prefer. This townhouse is the perfect location to ensure a wonderful holiday at a great price !

Lovely place to stay the house was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The air-con was a god send as the weather was very hot. Lovely host Debbie was quick to respond back to you.

The house has everything you need. It is well situated within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is spacious and well equipped with access to two swimming pools situation in well kept grounds. There is plenty of outside space and the roof terrace was an added bonus.We would certainly return again.The host Debbie was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests.Highly recommended

This property was an excellent place for a base just off the main strip in Los Alcázares. The place was immaculate and has several private areas to sit out including a marvellous rooftop area.
