Beautiful decor, nice personalized touches, very clean, excellent location! Short walk to theaters, shops, and restaurants. Pretty quiet for being on the street. The host was very responsive.
The bathroom fan didn't work, but the host is VERY responsive, I am sure it will be fixed by the time the next person reads this. The AC had an issue, but the host was right on it and went out of their way to fix it ASAP! Everything else was great

The Swank House on Main Street in Ashland was the ideal place for us to stay while attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and was within walking distance of the theaters, restaurants, shops, and hiking in Lithia Park. The owners have done a thoughtful renovation, creating a place that is interesting, tasteful and warm. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality products and the beds are very comfortable. The owners were very responsive, and communication was easy. We highly recommend The Swank House.
I have no complaints.
