Csak pozitívakat tudok írni. Ár-érték arányban tökéletes választás. A szállás központi helyen található, mégsem a hömpölygő tömegben. Minden könnyen elérhető: a tenger, a főutca, a pékség, a boltok, az éttermek és a gyógyszertár is. Az apartman minden szempontból megfelelt az elvárásainknak. Tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes. A két hét alatt kétszer kaptunk friss törölközőket. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A fürdőszoba ugyan kicsi, de teljesen jól ellátja a funkcióját. Tökéletesen alkalmas akár 1-2 hét eltöltésére is. A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész, kedves, és a kommunikáció is gördülékeny volt vele. Szívesen visszatérünk! 😊❤️

Positiv sind die zwei Badezimmer, die Kleider Waschmaschine und die grosse Terrasse.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind sehr hart und knarren stark, sobald man sich bewegt. Trotzdem würde ich die Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen, da sie nicht meinem persönlichen Stil entspricht.

An exceptional host manager, truly the best we have come across so far! Special thanks for the kindness and responsiveness! Communication was always friendly and prompt, and he provided everything we needed, including a shower hose when the original one was leaking and a large clothes drying rack, as the one on the balcony was too small for our family. We arrived late at night, but we found the property easily thanks to the location and photos that were sent to us. The apartment has an excellent location, close to everything, and there is a bakery right next door (a great bonus for families with children), so that’s where we got our breakfast every morning. There is also a secure paid parking lot nearby, so parking was never a concern. The rooms were clean and decent.

The apartment definitely needs renovation, especially the wardrobes, kitchen, dining table and chairs, and most importantly, the bathrooms. The balcony was quite small for our family, so we did not use it. There was no hairdryer, but I assume that if we had needed one, Fotis would have provided it. For the first time, we stayed in an apartment without a coffee machine. We had not brought our capsule coffee maker because the listed amenities mentioned tea and coffee-making facilities (both mashine and kettle), but unfortunately there was no coffee machine available (only a small electric kettle). Overall, the kitchenette is rather basic and not particularly convenient for cooking (if that matters to you; we usually eat out, and there are plenty of restaurants in Paralia). One downside is the lack of photos of the kitchenette and bathrooms, as these would help guests form a more realistic impression of the property. The kitchen counter space consists of a small old refrigerator, and at first glance the children were worried that there was no functioning fridge. However, there is another large refrigerator in the room, which easily accommodated all the orangeade and lemonade we kept buying. One of the bathrooms is particularly striking by 21st-century standards and could almost be considered a museum exhibit. We had never seen tiling joints and drainage slopes like that before, not even in remote mountain huts, and the children were both fascinated and, to be honest, a little horrified. In addition, for most of our stay, the water pressure was very low, which made showering after the beach somewhat difficult. The kitchen/dining area, where the family can sit together and chat, would benefit from an awning, as during the day the sun shines directly onto it, making it impossible to sit there comfortably. In the evening, however, it was perfectly fine.
