Nos pareció un lugar muy cómodo, recomiendo para asistir con vehículo, a nosotros nos facilito mucho el acceso por el portón eléctrico.
A pesar de ser una zona tranquila, la habitación está pegada a la puerta de entrada, ventanas a la calle y al portón de salida. Por tanto, el ruido de motos, vehículos y la apertura y cierre del portón al estar y/o intentar dormir no fueron de mi agrado. Eso si a tener en cuenta, quizás la isonorizacion de las ventanas. Y el sonido muy recurrente de la heladera que al ser muy antigua tiene un motor grande y con un sonido de antaño muy fuerte para mi gusto, al ser un único ambiente se escuchaba mucho.
