Good stay.

The location was very good - quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of both the seaside and the mountains. The apartment itself had everything that a tourist would need and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was clear, and they were responsive at all times.

One downside is that there are many, many stairs to reach the accommodation. This could be challenging for anyone with walking difficulties or health issues. The host kindly arranged for someone to help us carry our luggage upstairs upon arrival, which we appreciated. However, on the day of check-out, we had to carry the luggage down ourselves, and it was quite difficult. We also found cockroaches in the apartment, which was disappointing and definitely needs to be addressed. Additionally, there was no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so moisture and odors tended to stay inside. The property also has a pool area, but unfortunately it was very dirty during our stay.

The stairs are absolutely hectic. With luggage it does become abit challenging. We also did not have the aircon and heater working how were the host where so helping in sending us a heater as it got abit chilly. Prepare for some extreme winds especially in the evening.

Pristine and welcoming stay with ALL the VIEWS

What an absolute pristine property, aswel as super hosts. These hosts know how to impress guests and its proven that they have alot of experience in this field. Room were huge , stunnings views , fantastic facilities , modern interior, smart designs and super high comfortability. This place was by far the best place wvee stayed around cape town. Hosts are vibrant and welcoming. The location was unreal and the views were nonstop. The only problem we had was that we didn't stay longer.

The property is situated in a very nice location. The views are amazing. Easy access to many restaurants with a convenience shop just down the street. The host and manager are very friendly. The apartment is well equipped, featuring a kitchenette stocked with most essential items. The stairs were endured as it contributed to the beautiful views and gave us some much-needed exercise. Overall a nice place to stay.

The apartment’s initial cleaning was below standard, requiring a re-clean, which the manager promptly arranged with an apology. The bathroom heater didn’t work, and on some days, hot water was limited to lukewarm. Towels didn’t dry properly and weren’t always replaced, with makeup towels not provided daily. The drains were partially clogged and need cleaning. The freezer compartment needs defrosting as it couldn’t store ice. Corridor lights stayed on all night, which was disruptive—motion sensors could improve comfort and energy efficiency.

Incredible value

The studio was incredibly well appointed and huge. The views are spectacular. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom awesome. There is off street parking and the street is quiet. The units are serviced daily and the staff very friendly.

There was sometimes issues with hot water so timing showers was important. Be prepared for the 70 odd steps to get up to the rooms but the views are absolutely worth it.

the shutters on the bathroom overlook the entire apartment and dont quite give a lot of privacy lol would be nice if they could be closed properly without a huge gap.
