5 star apart from the mattress

Almost everything. Nice to have coffee, tea, chocolate snd nuts.

The mattress on the double bed. It was very uncomfortable because you could feel the springs poking into you.

Great value for the location

Location is perfect. Central to everything in the old town. Great mattress. Loved the terrace even if no view.

Stairs handles are weak. Dangerous! Need dark curtain as its very bright. Front door wood panel to be fixed as hole showing. Need black out curtain on front door as people can see through and its very bright as can be noisy if someone sleep on the sofa.

Peaceful location, terrace at the top, narrow stairs

Whole small building for us; living room and kitchen at the bottom, sleeping room above and terrace at the top. Nice old stone ambient.

It's hard to take bigger suitcase to the sleeping room due to narrow stairs.

Pleasant & Clean well located. Shame about the door and air con.

Location was very good. Close to all areas.

The apartment only had 1 conditioning unit badly located in the stairway leading to roof terrace. This meant is effectiveness to cool the apartment was badly impaired. The front doors (French doors not really suitable as a main entrance) were in urgent need of repair. Both doors lower panels have slipped seriously out of position to point where they have large gaps clearly visible. This in clearly a security risk and secondly adds to the inefficiency of the air conditioning unit.

This was a great place to stay for us (3 adults). Cosy & charming and very close to all Trogir has to offer.

A beautiful little apartment right in Trogir’s old town. It was very clean & had everything we needed. It was very useful to have a terrace & a clothes drying rack for drying washing. Communication with the host was very easy & they replied promptly. When we had an issue with the air conditioner, they organised someone to fix it straight away. We really appreciated that.

Before you book this property, you should be aware that the main bedroom & bathroom are upstairs ie. up a narrow spiral staircase. The terrace is up the next level again. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be for someone with mobility issues. Probably not suitable for someone with small children.

Plutôt correct

L’emplacement. La terrasse sur toit, la qualité du matelas du canapé du rez de chaussée. Bonne communication avec l’hôte mais nous ne lavons pas vu.

L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise, on voit même le jour à travers le bois de la porte du rez de chaussée. Rez de chaussée très sombre.

Bella e antica casetta terra-cielo con meraviglioso terrazzo sui tetti

L'appartamento è proprio nella parte storica di Trogir, in una casa antica di pietra bianca. L'arredamento è semplice ma funzionale. Eccezionale la possibilità di avere un terrazzo sui tetti della città con vista sui campanili. Era talmente bello che abbiamo deciso di comperare qualcosa e mangiare cena al tramonto sul nostro terrazzo. Molto romantico.

L'unico punto debole della casa sono gli infissi e la porta di ingresso: non offrono nessun riparo dal rumore e la porta di ingresso ha alcune assi deformate dalle quali si intravede la luce esterna. Il risultato è che qualunque sussurro venga scambiato dai passanti nei piccoli vicoli che circondano la casa, si sente anche all'interno. La zona è pedonale e quindi il disagio è sopportabile, però per ambire ad avere il massimo punteggio questo aspetto deve essere risolto.

Magnifique maison en pierre sur 3 étages en plein cœur du centre historique, emplacement parfait, joliment meublé, extrêmement propre, pièces spacieuses, très calme mais à proximité de tout, la terrasse est très appréciable.

C'était quasiment parfait. Peut-être rajouter une cafetière et un transat sur la terrasse. Escaliers un peu difficiles pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
