Kätevä kompakti majoitus, kiva parveke, käytännölliset siistit tilat, sauna plussaa, lemmikkiystävällinen lemmikkitarvikkeita myöten, sisäänkäynti ylhäältä maan tasalta helpotti matkatavaroiden kuljetusta, autokatos plussaa kesäkuumalla (ja talven lumisateilla), liinavaatteet saatavilla halutessa (lisämaksusta).
Tuulettimen käyttö vaikutti hankalalta, en käyttänyt/tarvinnut sitä, huoneiston pystyi tuulettamaan hyvin avaamalla ovet ja ikkunat.
