An acceptable option if you don’t mind a harder mattress

It will be a little challenging to provide an honest evaluation of my stay here. So first I will say that upon walking in I was so impressed by the elegance and interior design of this little loft. Beautiful appointments. Lovely furniture. Beautiful kitchenette. Lots of pillows. A small heater unit. Extra blankets. In October and November, I can tell you that it is cold here and it is one of those moist or wet colds where you’re never really feel warm even with clothes on so you are going to want to layer your clothes for maximum warmth. There’s a lot of stone in this loft and so, although this would be a good thing in the summertime, it really feels cold in the room. I used their heater for the entire two nights and bundled up under the comfy blankets that they had provided. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely balcony. Access code and WiFi worked great. So then I noticed that there are no closets or places to hang clothes. This in reality is not a problem because I am just here for two nights. I could see how if someone came expecting to stay longer, they might go “well I wish there was at least one place to hang clothes”. Also, it looks like there used to be some hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels and things, but that they haven’t been replaced, and I would recommend to the management that they should consider installing several hooks around the bathroom area. But in the short term, I just hung my towel on the glass partition for the shower. Hot water shower was great. If you are a light sleeper you will want to bring sleep shades and maybe also ear plugs. There is a LOT of light coming in by 7:00 am. Now let’s talk about the bed. In Mexico, a lot of times, places have harder beds because they last longer, and in the case of this loft, the bed was of the hard quality. It was like sleeping on the bed board. The mattress was just too hard.

hermoso e increible

el lugar es maravilloso sacado de cuentos. muy sencillo y una guía muy práctica, la gente del lugar super linda, agradable y atenta. solo no nos pareció que el jacusi deba apartarse y pagar extras, además que no había tiempos era muy limitado y esa area no se nos hizo muy limpia. pero todo lo demas super bien.

que el jacussi fuera para todos los inquilinos y no vimos se limpiara solo se vaciaba y que lo cobren extra

UN DEPARTAMENTO COMPLETO, MODERNO, MUY LIMPIO Y MUY AGRADABLE, EL EQUIPAMIENTO EXCELENTE, COMPLETO Y MUY ÚTIL, EL TRATO DE LAS ANFITRIONAS Y SU APOYO MUY COMPLETO Y HASTA AFABLE, MUCHAS GRACIAS.

UN POCO FRÍO, PERO EL COBERTOR LO SOLUCIONO TOTALMENTE, LOS PINOS PRECIOSOS DE LA TERRASA NO PERMITEN LA VISTA DE LA PLAZA, PERO ES MUY AGRADABLE LA LUZ QUE PENETRA ENTRE ELLOS POR LA MAÑANA.

Es lindo pero no lleno mis espectativas

El lugar es realmente bello, la cama muy cómoda y me gustó que tuvieran dos cobijas extra para el frío.

No recuerdo haber leído que tenía frigobar hubiera sido genial saberlo para así aprovecharlo, ya que todo ahí es costoso. La pantalla es muy pequeña y está ubicada a un costado, lo que la hace incómoda de ver. Escogí el lugar porque decía tener jacuzzi y alberca, pero no me dejaron utilizarla porque estaba en mantenimiento, este punto arruinó todo ya que mis expectativas en el viaje estaban enfocadas en poder disfrutar de ellos. Decepción. La anfitriona fue amable, pero no me comentó esto hasta que pregunte, yo vi la alberca y tenía agua corriendo, y nunca vi a nadie dando dicho mantenimiento.

Todo estuvo excelente, desde la reservación se comunicaron con nosotros y nos brindaron toda la información, al llegar, del mismo modo, fue una atención increíble, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente, el control de la TV no tenía pilas, les comenté y en el tiempo que hice en salir a comer y regresar, me cambiaron las pilas, fue un excelente anfitrión, súper recomendables

Decepcionante: No cumplen con lo anunciado, por lo que, el precio es inadecuado a la expectativa

El buen gusto en la decoración.

1. Envíe mensaje al lugar vía Booking, para informar la hora de llegada; nunca contestaron, así que, procedí a enviar mensaje vía WhatsApp al número +52 222 706 7874 especificado como contacto en el alojamiento; tampoco contestaron. Finalmente un joven nos habló una hora antes para indicarnos como ubicar e ingresar al Loft 2. La piscina no es privada, como lo indica el anunció, es compartida con huéspedes de otros Lofts. 3. Al cuestionar sobre el uso de la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje, se nos indicó que, esos servicios tienen un costo adicional de $400.00 y que se debe de reservar con anticipación, no obstante, en las condiciones del alojamiento no indican esos costos. 4. En las condiciones del alojamiento dice que cuenta con Parking, sin embargo, no indican que tiene un costo, de $100.00 pesos diarios sábado y domingo; $50.00 entre semana. 5. Algunas de las fotografías no son del Loft, son de Val’Quirico pero no tienen nada que ver con el Loft.
