Cecilia was pleasant to interact with. The unit was very clean. Property was away from traffic of roads and quiet and safe at night.

- NO RUNNING WATER: Pictures and posting are misleading as the kitchenette does have a sink, but it is not functional as there is no drain and the faucet is not hooked up to any running water. We had to obtain water from an outdoor hose on the side of her house. This made it difficult to use the kitchen functionally as we couldn't even really wash our used kitchenware since we couldn't even pour dirty water down as it would have just spilled on the floor. She said it was drinkable but we brought bottled water and used that in case. - Wifi IS NOT available in all areas like posted in the ad. It is only accessible sitting at her front porch, not within the gust suite itself - the "garden" sitting area is shared with the owner and her family which includes young kids - just note to people who are taller; the lower floor of the unit has quite low ceilings. You probably can't stand straight if you are over 5'5"
