When we arrived we were giver two codes for the key that didn’t work and it was stressful trying over and over again in the heat. We had to sort out our phones to be able to call the host. He picked up the phone and gave us a key code and told us they changed it. It would’ve been nice to have been told this when it was done.

Despite reporting all of this, they offered no solution; they just kept stalling me by saying someone would come to help. There was no insect screen in the back room, so we tried to sleep while being pestered by mosquitoes. The property management is terrible, and the owner is clearly irresponsible. Thanks to them, my annual leave was ruined.
