L'appartamento è nuovo, ampio e luminoso. Fornito di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario molto gentile, disponibile nei consigli ed indicazioni. Ci siamo trovati bene perché abbiamo potuto prendere casa anche in tarda serata grazie al self checkin. La colazione è disponibile in un bar del centro poco distante. Inoltre abbiamo trovato in casa una gradita sorpresa un coupon omaggio per un dolce tipico di Guardiagrele in una storica pasticceria.

L'appartamento e' spazioso e luminoso e sopratutto ha tutti i comfort e servizi che un ospite vorrebbe volere come ferro da stiro o lavatrice o forno a microonde . Si trova vicinissimo dal centro e si trova sempre parcheggio. In piu' Nicola (l'host della casa) e' sempre disponibile e gentile.

L'appartamento è molto carino, spazioso, con 2 came da letto grandi, abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di scelta tra i cuscini alti e bassi. La cucina era atrezzata bene, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di città.
