Comfortable apartment and nice having the balcony for some outside space. A short walk into the centre of Comillas. I would recommend staying here if visiting Comillas.
Poor sound proofing between apartments but upstairs were generally quiet and it was only a minor inconvenience.

The apartment is much more spacious than the photographs suggests, the (sheltered) terrace is delightful and has views towards town and the Picos, it is a a great place to eat and relax. Furnishings and equipment of a high standard, well-equipped. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it. The on-site reserved parking is a great benefit. There is a supermarket adjacent, and It is only a 5-minute walk to the historic town with lots of shop, restaurants and bars.
The hosts provide an excellent instructions/video on how to find and access the property.
Worth noting; there is a short steep footway, with handrails, if walking to/back from town, if one has mobility issues. Although in our 70s we managed fine. But if using a car, not an issue, vehicle access is very good
No complaints about property, but I had a couple of questions for hosts which did not receive a reply.
