L’antica struttura è gestita con generosa ospitalità e cura del benessere degli ospiti. Giardino carinissimo e stanze arredate con originalità e spiccato gusto artistico. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Un séjour magnifique dans un lieu hors du temps. Cet ancien couvent, chargé d’histoire, offre une architecture remarquable et une atmosphère particulièrement inspirante. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et généreux d’une belle personne, architecte passionnée, qui sait partager son amour du lieu et de son histoire. Une expérience artistique et humaine précieuse, que je recommande vivement.

Très bel établissement avec un beau jardin, agréable et calme, ou l'on peut se détendre sans problème, tout comme discuter avec les différentes personnes présentes sur les lieux.

This place was a very nice surprise. We stayed only one night, but we had a great time. Mija was very welcoming and caring, and she took time to tell us about this old building and its history. She kept old stuff from the past of this place, so it still has its soul. Knowing she made this place an " artist residency," you can meet different people in the different communal rooms. We met very nice people and had a very nice time. The bedroom and bathroom were really lovely and clean. It's directly located in the town centre so you can walk everywhere in Coutances. The place is surrounded by beautiful churches (including a beautiful cathedral), nice shops and restaurants (and a very nice gallery just one minute walk from the Miséricorde). We highly recommend this place if you wish for a different experience than just being in a hotel room.
