A localização é boa, com restaurantes próximos e com qualidade (com destaque para o "Saboya"). O alojamento é bom, com ótimos eletrodomésticos e boas condições (no geral).
No quarto de casal o colchão rangia e ouvia-se ruido da rua.A zona envolvente é feia e suja (com falta de manutenção de jardins, passeios e caixotes do lixo). Os acessos à praia são deprimentes, com ruas sujas e passeios degradados. O estacionamento nas proximidades é difícil.
