Hei-d-Away

Location, comfort, beautiful back deck, easy to get to, friendly hosts, decorated really nice, it’s what I expected and much more.

Everything was amazing.

Fijne ruime accommodatie wat voorziet in alle gemak met een terras. Tevens perfecte ligging, dichtbij ingang Hoge Veluwe, leuke restaurants en fietsknooppunt voor de deur.

Prachtige ligging in het centrum van Otterlo Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw, het appartement is prima voor een verblijf voor meerdere dagen

Even before we arrived, Bianca was almost immediately helpfully responsive to a message sent to her about a foul up caused by the compromise of my credit card and the apparent inability of Booking.com's computer system to use a substituted newly-provided credit card for automatic payment for the booking. (Incidentally, our travel companions had a similar problem with Booking.com and a similar problem to mine in reporting any problem about Booking.com's system to Booking.com. So we loved staying at Hei-d Away and appreciated all the things Bianca did for us there but Booking.com proved frustrating.. It seems you can give feedback about Booking.com's client properties but cannot online or by telephone readily complain about or lodge complaints about Booking.com itself. I am sorry to bundle my very positive review of Hei-D Away, which deserves a 10 out of 10 for excellence, with a review that pans Booking.com and would give Booking.com a 0 out of 10 on what turned out to be a time consuming and frustrating Booking.com isdue - I had to contact each of quite a few hotels individually to explain the credit card problem and ask they not cancel my reservation.

There was nothing about Hei-D Away that we did't like.
