The host waited for us to arrive, despite the late hour, he was kind, friendly and very patient! When he found out our luggage was lost he provided pajamas for us to change into so we can relax after a rather stressful ordeal of cancelled and delayed flights. We arrived to a spacious, smartly-decorated, and clean property, with fresh linens and a complete kitchen. The washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient for a week's stay! The beds were comfortable, showers had hot and cold water, and there was more than enough storage space in the cabinets. The bedrooms had blackout curtains, perfect for our jet-lagged kids. We loved that the AC really cooled the place down, we loved that there were more than enough linens and towels, and we LOVED the view of the city (especially at nighttime with the festive holiday lights)! The perfect location. Right across the street was the Galleria Mall and several convenience stores and restaurants (all under a 4-minute walk). One time we had an issue with a leaking bidet but it was addressed immediately. Our host was responsive, attentive, and he made sure that we had a superb stay. We could not ask for more!
