Cossy P 3bedroom apartment

Good rooms with ensuite bathrooms which was very comfortable for the group I was traveling with. Close to lots of nice spots in Nairobi and the price was unbeatable for all of us.

We were two hours late from the time I had said we would arrive and yet, none of the beds were made, there were only two towels available when we needed 5 and there was no soap or toilet paper in most of the bathrooms. All of this took them an hour and a half after we arrived to complete. I would expect properties to be guest ready well before the requested arrival time, not almost 4 hours afterwards. The website also said we could pay with a Visa card but that was not true so that needs to be updated. Drinking water was provided once we asked for it but luckily we had packed our own. Mostly annoying things but not deal breakers, we would stay there again.

I honestly liked the apartment, very clean and the location was very good, most definitely I will recommend to others , I would rebook when coming back to Nairobi, feels like home..

Everything was perfect as I expected and more.

It is a new place all is so nice and clean and good beds and nice kitchen with all you need for a stay the owner is so friendly and a good host wery helpful and there is a good restaurant just on the other site of the road and supermarket. Wery central to get we will stay there again

The 3 bedroom apartment is very clean and spacious. The host, Priscilla is a wonderful woman who attended to us very warmly. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and the host attended to all the needs we presented to her. The sofas and beds are very comfortable too!

We ran out of water during our first night at the house, the host said it could have been an airlock problem. This was fixed the following day, but the inconvenience of not being able to shower after a long flight was very huge. We ended up using buckets on that first night. The master bedroom bathroom was also leaking water which seeped into the bedroom floor. The windows and curtains couldn't close all the way and we could hear the noise from the road below. The house could do with some renovations which the host says are underway. She was very responsive none the less.
