Staff was caring. We liked the swim up bar and the Jamaica Jerk Chicken.
We did not like the smell of marijuana everywhere even on the balcony in the morning. The food was just adequate, Did not meet what was expected even in the specialty restaurants. We needed to extend one day due to flight change and tried everyday and was told no availability when we saw open rooms.

Location, Food, and Entertainment!!!
Checking in was a nightmare because Booking.Com messed up my reservations and after being on the phone for 2 hours with 5 different reps who kept hanging up on me. I finally had to cancel my original reservations and pay an additional $753 because of an error that Booking.com made and never took accountability for their unprofessional behavior!!!
Also, the rooms were extremely hot. The airport condition system was barely working. Sleeping was almost unbearable.
