Apartamente Ariniș

Un apartament foarte drăguț ,foarte curat ,am apreciat foarte mult ca avea două băi ,este dotat cu tot ce este necesar într-un apartament ,de la furculița până la gel de duș ,poziționat foarte aproape de complex agrement Arinis ,recomand cu drag !

Singurul minus este etajul 4 fără lift

+Spacious apartment, well equipped, warm, even on a cold snowy April day +Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, perfect for a large family +Close to Ariniș park and a lot of other entertainment and sightseeing locations +Getting the key was really easy and communication with the owner went very smooth

-Lack of elevator, but that's not something the owners could change

New appartment, nice design. Everething in the appartment was new and clean. Nice smell in the bathroom. There was mobile air conditioner in the property, but we didn't use it. Washing machine and coffe machine were good.

1. Unfortunately, communication with the owner/manager of the appartment was very poor. At the first day we arrived late. At night, the water in the whole house disappeared and appeared again only in the morning. So we couldn't take a shower after long drive. We didn't get any reaction from the owner. Also, my question of where to find the kettle was left without attention. The only message from the owner was about the time of our check out. 2. No kettle 3. No place for drying clothes 4. Doors are hard to close 5. The building is surrounded with construction sites (08.2023), so we literally lived on the construction site. Considering that we have two kids, it's very irresponsible from the owner's side not to mention that. Construction works begins early in the morning. 6. We made a reservation for 6 people - 4 adults and 2 kids, but we had only 5 sleeping places. 7. No elevator in the building, the appartment in on the 4th floor.
