The area. I have family in Ferrel so it was nearby and in a great part of the town. Lots of stores, bakery etc. Was a plus to have laundry.
Didn't notice a spare set of sheets and bedding could be warmer. Quilt was very thin for winter weather. Just a thought for future guests.

Nice big apartments. Very clean and newly remodeled.
They started at 8:30 with renovation work one floor over me. It was really noisy !!
