Korvin One Apartman

Belváros, gyakorlatilag a főtér sarkán.

Fekvés: a délelőtti nap gyorsan felmelegíti a lakást.

Kuchyně velká a pohodlná, lednice a mrazák také. Spousta sedaček a židlí k dispozici. Většina výbavy v masivu, postele pohodlné, tlak vody v pořádku. Velká koupelna s pračkou a sušičkou. Malá zahrádka s posezením. Parkovací karta do žluté zóny II k dispozici.

Byt má stará dvojitá dřevěná okna a nemá klimatizaci.

The location to the close to the Church, Castle, Park and Walking Street. Restaurants are near. I lived in Pápa 11 years and chose this location for its easy access to most things. The apartment is roomy and features a large bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The Interspar (grocery store) and other stores for shopping is a five minute walk. A McDonalds if you want fast food. There is parking in the courtyard by request.

The apartment is VERY NOISY. There is a bar near so lots of drunkin people walking by late at nice...Also what sounded like a race car track. Across from the apartment is a small store so there is early morning noise. Not a good apartment if you plan to rest. The apartment appeared as it was still in the process of renovations. There were many unfinished things. The shower door fell off when I went to close it and the shower was extremely dirty. No hair dryer even though stated on booking. I inquired and the management said by request only. The towels were rough. Only the washer was available. The dryer was in repair. The toilet room had not soap or towels for hand washing. The curtains didn't fit the windows so lots of morning light came in and they were torn. The stairs are very steep up to the apartment. Floor transitions were not finished, could be a hazard. The entry gate was difficult to open.
