Belváros, gyakorlatilag a főtér sarkán. Meglepően nagy apartman. Egyedül voltam, de több személy is jól elfér, nem ütköznének állandóan egymásba. (Egy kétszemélyes ágy van, de láttam, hogy pótágy is áll a sarokban.) Kora délelőttől estig programom volt, így nem zavart, hogy felmelegedik a lakás. Tartozék a kávéfőző és vízmelegítő is. Amire szükségem volt, minden rendelkezésemre állt.
Minden tetszett, illetve a negatívumok a körülményekből adódnak: Belváros, így a bulizók lármázása behallatszik. Fekvés: a délelőtti nap gyorsan felmelegíti a lakást. Régi fa ablakok vannak, légkondi nincs, de nagy teljesítményű ventilátor van. Főzőcskézéshez kevés az edény, de nem is akartam ilyet csinálni. A lakásba feljutni egy meredek lépcsőn lehet. 69 éves vagyok, nem vagyok sportos, de nem jelentett problémát!

Byt je prostorný i pro 4 lidi. Kuchyně velká a pohodlná, lednice a mrazák také. Spousta sedaček a židlí k dispozici. Většina výbavy v masivu, postele pohodlné, tlak vody v pořádku. Velká koupelna s pračkou a sušičkou. Malá zahrádka s posezením. Parkovací karta do žluté zóny II k dispozici.
Byt má stará dvojitá dřevěná okna a nemá klimatizaci. V létě jsem nedostal teplotu pod 25,5 stupně a to jen v noci. Toto je zásadní problém - léto. Dále nejsem fanda historických bran, kde musíte trefit dírku na klíč a stále odemykat/zamykat, ale to je jen moje pohodlnost.

Man sollte nur erwähnen das der Parkplatz für ganz kleine Autos geeignet ist.
