Obiekt położony tuż nad jeziorem Necko, obok małej, ale urokliwej Mariny i piaszczystej plaży. Apartament znajduje się w budynku hotelowym o wysokim standardzie; kilka budynków stanowi rodzaj enklawy - cały teren bardzo zadbany, regularnie sprzątany. W pobliżu znajduje się restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem, w tym świeżymi rybami. Na przywitanie, oprócz standardowego wyposażenia, czekały na nas różne niespodzianki - np. napoje w lodówce, kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy, słodycze - drobne gesty, które bardzo cieszą :) Apartament wyposażony w przestronny balkon z elektryczną roletą - świetny do popołudniowego relaksu :)
