Incredible location and amazing host

Everything was amazing

Non capita proprio di frequente di poter soggiornare in una struttura che poggia direttamente sulla spiaggia e che ha come sottofondo costante le onde del mare e la brezza marina. Probabilmente Sapsila non è la spiaggia più bella che troverete a Patmos, ma sicuramente qui avrete la possibilità di godervela in esclusiva, ombrellone, poltrone e lettini compresi. Altrettanto gradevoli e ben arredati gli spazi esterni, che potrete utilizzare per colazioni e aperitivi vista mare, anche perché Tasso avrà provveduto a rifornire la vostra cambusa di ogni ben di Dio. Non parlo solo di acqua, tè e caffè, ma di prodotti da forno freschi dolci e salati, bevande analcoliche, birre, bottiglia di vino bianco e ouzo con bicchieri gelati in freezer. Una menzione di riguardo va infatti assolutamente rivolta al padrone di casa, nipote di quel pescatore che ha reso il rimessaggio della sua barca da pesca una indimenticabile e unica soluzione ricettiva. La sua generosità e ospitalità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno prezioso e fattoci sentire i benvenuti. Arrivederci e grazie mille!

Beautiful, peaceful location with the best host ever. The location of the little house, which is actually on the sea shore and where you can lie in bed and hear the waves breaking, just has to be experienced. Tasso thoughtfully equipped the house with a very generous amount of groceries including cheese pies, fresh fruit and a selection of drinks before we arrived so we didn't need to drive to one of the local supermarkets to stock up straight away. Tasso also speaks excellent English and was happily able to assist us with any local information we might need. He made us feel like honoured guests, and we are already planning our next stay.

The only potential issue was the steps to reach the beach house but our lovely host, who not only went to the trouble of meeting us off the ferry, assisting with car hire and guiding us to the house happily carried our cases both ways, so there was no problem .
