The service was excellent. The caretaker Akash's approach was "service with a smile". He used to enquire after us frequently. His manner was very pleasing. All requests were carried out promptly.

The heater in the bathroom was a bit slow in heating the water.

We ordered breakfast online from various places Location is just backside of Manyata Tech Park. Hence very convenient for those whoose work is in manyata tech Park. Our work was slightly faraway, but it was not an issue since transport can be booked online. Very neat and clean place and polite staff.

All facilities were excellent. However minor items like tissue paper at the dining table were not replenished. The caretaker was very polite but was firm that tissue paper is not in their scope, nor detergant for washing machine. He was also firm about the additional 2 or 3 soaps we wanted. He did provide the soaps but told us that existing soaps had to be consumed in full before we could take further soaps. He was very polite but firm. I suggest that upfront it should be mentioned what are thefacilities and items which will be provided and what will not be provided. This will lead to avoiding unnecessary embarassment. Other than these minor quibbles, the serviced apartment is excellent and well maintained.
