Privacy, clean
No supplies (garbage bags, paper towel). House has a mothball smell that is very strong, refrigerator had an odor but had nothing in it so I’m not sure why. When I asked a question, I received a curt response :-(

Semi-private entry, although owner occupied. Good lighting and thoughtful supplies for the kitchenette. Safe and clean.
Arm chairs in the sitting room need to be updated for easy cleaning and appearance. They did not look inviting to sit on.

Neighborhood is very quiet. The room was perfect for my daughter and I. Host was communicative with me and answered all my questions. Host was prompt when answering.
