Very friendly and most helpful staff. A typical lovely Spanish venue. I would stay here again for sure.

The automated check in procedure was not as straightforward as I would have liked - but it worked.

Bella struttura, molto caratteristica, ubicata in un centro molto tranquillo. Camere pulite. Personale gentile. La consiglio.

Prezzo leggermente alto per una notte senza colazione.

Posizione super centrale a Llucmajor e vicinissimo alla fermata del bus per Palma e Aeroporto se non si possiede una macchina. Struttura storica ristrutturata con gusto. Letto molto comodo e camera spaziosa, anche il bagno presenta una doccia moderna e a tutta parete. A pochi passi dalla struttura si trovano numerosi ristorantini, bar, caffetterie e forni. Al bisogno la struttura possiede un ristorante al piano terra, annesso alla zona delle camere. Molto apprezzato il caffè offerto sia in reception che in camera.

Non vi è molto parcheggio adiacente alla struttura, bisogna cercare nelle vie limitrofe, cosa comunque fattibilissima. Come suggerimento proverei ad offrire una colazione agli ospiti o a cercare qualche convenzione con i numerosi bar o forni-panetterie presenti in zona.

Alberto was friendly. The deluxe room was spacious and had a nice ceiling. The beds were fine. The balcony was lovely.

The deluxe room had a glass toilet door behind the bed and a large mirror in front of it so anywhere in the room could see you on the toilet. Not romantic. Why not a real door and why a mirror? The payment app kept not working and Alberto was rarely there to support us to pay. Just unnecessary additional admin. The only tea and coffee supplies were in the reception and there was no breakfast.
