Everything we needed
Couldn’t really sit on balcony because A/C unit was there blowing warm air!

The sunrise is magnificent; sweeping views of Darwin. The location of property means it is easy to walk anywhere.
The instructions need to be clearer, fob for car park use residents, to find the car park turn at the post office into Edmunds St then Litchfield St and use the hotel lift not residents lift. Once you understand this day 1, the stay is great.

Water views and location. Easy access to highlights.
Some added amenities like milk and tea and coffee options upon arrival would have been nice.
