Obiekt 10 min piechotą od plaży, w okolicy duża dostępność usług - sklepy spożywcze, piekarnie, dyskont, usługi Beauty. Dostępność bardzo dobrze wyposażonej siłowni znajdującej się klatkę obok.
Mieszkanie na parterze, usytuowane w narożu budynku z ograniczonym dostępem światła dziennego (latem może to być atut, nie będzie się nagrzewać). W drzwiach wejściowych nie założono progów i były duże szczeliny, co powodowało nośność zapachów i dźwięków. Grzejnik w łazience został usytuowany w złym miejscu i wymaga wymiany, nie wygląda estetycznie i psuje ogólny odbiór całości.

Niestety po przybyciu do apartamentu, zauważyliśmy że grzejnik był zardzewiały i odpadała z niego farba. Jak i telewizor nie działał.

Mieszkanie bardzo ciemne, za oknem budowa, zaniedbany balkon, zardzewiały kaloryfer w łazience, zniszczone żelazko, brak jakichkolwiek wieszaków, słabo wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo złej jakości kosmetyki, mydło wręcz wypalało skórę…
