Despite the areas for improvement noted above, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Location, including views. Quiet Parking

Hot water pressure in kitchen and bathroom was terrible Could have provided more amenities, such as washing powder, soap, shampoo, more than one roll of toilet paper, rubbish bags. Washing machine is of a type we have never seen before. When we had trouble getting it to work, the concierge was totally dismissive. We eventually sorted it, but he did not help initially and did not follow up to see if we had been successful. Coffee machine did not work when we arrived - we needed to google how to descale it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful – comfortable, relaxing, and even better than we expected!

I rented a two-bedroom apartment and couldn’t be happier with my choice! The place was incredibly spacious and felt brand new, with modern furniture and cozy, comfortable beds that made us feel right at home. There were also two large built-in wardrobes, which provided plenty of storage space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the balcony – furnished with a table and chairs – where we could take in the stunning view of the lake.

We loved the location because we had a car. The apartment was clean and the view of the lake from the balcony was wonderful. We purchased some bread, cheese, and fruit from the grocery for our breakfast. Having the refrigerator and microwave was perfect for us. We loved the responsiveness of the host once we used our French translator to communicate.

The coffee maker did not work well. It was difficult to know which door to enter to get to our rooms. The hosts provided a wonderful list of restaurants, groceries and places to visit and took us where to pick up our key. But there were no directions to go in the door behind the parking spaces and go up the stairs. It would have been super helpful to know this.

Lieu parfait pour tout visiter à pieds. Environnement très calme avec vue magnifique. Logement très propre, bien décoré avec literie de qualité.

Pas de sopalin, Pas de thé, ni de capsules de café malgré une machine prévue à cet effet… seulement du café soluble entamé.. ce qui ne correspondait pas au descriptif.

Lage der Wohnung gut, Lage von Thonon auch gut. Evian, Lausanne, Genf, Yvoire perfekt zu erreichen.

Nähe zur Marina. Wohnung erfreulich groß.

Außenbereich ungepflegt. Keine großen Spiegel. Keine Handtuchhaken. Wasserstrahl Waschbecken kläglich. Flur roch muffig.

Séjour de 3 semaines plus qu’agréable . Et je reviendrai l’année prochaine si possible.

La situation de cet appartement est exceptionnelle. De surcroît, l’appartement est très clair, joliment aménagé, spacieux. Les deux balconnets avec vue sur le lac, l’espace de stationnement, la rue calme sont un plus.

Il est certain que les équipements cuisine (vaisselle, poêles et casseroles) sont plus que basiques si on reste trois semaines. A compléter avec quelques bricoles qui rendront l’ensemble plus pratique. Nous avons insisté pour avoir un étendoir (faire tourner un sèche linge pour qq chaussettes et t-shirt est inutile). Une forte odeur d’humidité à notre arrivée, qui s’est estompée.

Logement neuf et spacieux pour un court séjour en famille

Logement spacieux, neuf, très bien équipé avec parking gratuit privé très bien localisé. Literie de bonne qualité. Possibilité de demander des services supplémentaires mais payants (arrivée anticipée, panier petite déjeuner, etc...) avec prix affiché différent du prix réel (arrivée anticipée proposée à 15 eur et débitée de 16,05 eur sur mon compte).

J'ai reçu des messages génériques avec énormément d'instructions utiles mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse à mes questions spécifiques (est-ce que les draps sont inclus ainsi que les serviettes ? Confirmation que ma venue anticipée a été prise en compte). Forte odeur de retour de tuyauteries d'évacuation dans le logement qui a gâché l'expérience. Débit de l'eau très faible (robinets et douche). Manquent les instructions comment ouvrir le volet du velux ce qui serait fort utile.

Joli emplacement mais service approximatif

Vue agréable. Grandes pièces.

Propreté approximative (des insectes morts sont tombés sur le lit quand j’ai fermé le rideau). Odeurs de canalisation dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Nous avons découvert sur le moment que le lit bébé en supplément (15€) est fourni sans draps.
