    Room facilities are good, parking is available at safe place just besides hotel, staff response is good and helpful.

    This place just has limited number of stay rooms is diagonally opposite to SSK Grand (which is a good) run by SSK Grand mgmt.Has poor access and no parking.In case lift fails difficult to exit at night.

    We stayed in 6 people room. Excellent service.

    Room was quite good, where lift is in faulty condition. We went with aged people who can't able to climb up with stairs for two floors. After we reached with the hotel team, they offered another room in the opposite hotel which has a lift. But its not a good thing where we booked a room in one place and got changed to another one. Try to rectify the technical issues rapidly which is most needed thing in the hotel
