    Location is convenient. I like the vibe of the coffee bar outside. Love their coffee. The room is clean and has everything I need except the USB type C.

    We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The staff lost our parcel, initially insisting it was never delivered and even told us to call the delivery person ourselves to prove otherwise. Thankfully, the delivery person had proof of delivery. Only then did the manager admit that the hotel had mistakenly handed our parcel to another guest. Because we had to leave the country the same day, we couldn’t get the parcel back in time. To make matters worse, the manager is now asking us to pay for the postage to have our parcel returned to where we are located. This is completely unacceptable—why should guests be held responsible for mistakes made by the hotel’s staff? A hotel should take accountability for errors like this, not push the burden onto its guests. This experience left us extremely dissatisfied and we would not recommend staying here.
