Proximité et très belle accueil avec une petite attention super gentille (boite de chocolat)
A savoir escalier + ascenseur si beaucoup bagages pour l'accès.
Petit bémol attention adresse logement pas correct mais avons eu la gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a accompagné.

- Gute Ausstattung (Teebeutel, Spüli, Schwann, Lappen, Geschirrhandtuch, viel Toilettenpapier, Seife, WC-Reiniger, Besen, ...)
- Nachts erstaunlich ruhig für so ein großes Haus.
- Sehr netter gut erreichbarer Vermieter mit flexiblen Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten.
- Aufzug vorhanden
- Netto und Bäcker direkt nebenan.
- Die Wohmgegend drum herum war vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hierzu nicht verstehen.
- Betten waren schmal.
- Keine Rolläden oder verdunkelnde Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer mit den beiden Schlafsofas.
- War im 4. Stock in einem Hochhaus.

the host was friendly and flexible.
it’s not possible in anyway to sleep on what called “ sofa bed”,
they are not comfortable even to sit on them.
so it should be mentioned clearly “ two persons” apartment.
also the mattress on the bed room really in need to be renewed .
