Moderno y amplio apartamento en el centro de Roses

El apartamento está muy bien es amplio y muy luminoso. Una maravilla m,además tiene aseo y baño que resulta muy cómodo.

Los muebles antiguos y algunos en mal estado como las sillas de la mesa para comer. La estructura de la cama es más grande que el somier. El colchón no es cómodo y las almohadas tampoco.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, and has a lovely atmosphere. The host is very friendly and always willing to help.

I happened to stay during a period of bad weather, and the apartment was very cold. The front door was also difficult to open.

Not the easiest of check in as the key was in a location about five minutes drive away from apartment. Not good in the rain.The apartment is spacoius and well equipped and just behind the waterfront in Roses. As mentioned by other reviewers this apartment has a 'lived in feel' which we liked. Everything worked but no instuctions regarding the equipment. We stayed for a week and had a car and found the location ideal for accessing the Daili Triangle and surronding area. We recommend this apartment and enjoyed our stay in Roses.

Just a few tips. Cleaners arrived 20 minutes after check out time so be prepared. If the power is off when you arrive the fuse box is behind the entrance door. Useful to know if you arrive in the dark as we did! When we were there (end of September)parking was not easy. We found all day free parking hard to find but waterfront is free 8pm to 10am. For convenience recommend down loading the parking app. Front door key is a bit troublesome but keep trying and it works. No toiletries or kitchen accessories so if you are only there for a few days suggest you bring dishwasher tablets, washing macihne tablets, soap, shampoo etc. All things that you would not want to buy a lot off just for a couple of days. In fact this is my only critisism - a small welcome pack would have been nice.

Grands espaces, hôte très accueillant, appartement très propre. Très belle vue sur la mer. Très Calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Déco très chargée, on voit que l’appartement appartenait à une personne âgée et qu’il a été loué exactement dans l’état après sont départ. Le lit n’est pas confortable et a vraiment l’apparence d’un lit mortuaire. Ça ne coûte pas grand chose de mettre un sommier classique plutôt que cette ambience très austère. Dernier point: pas d’éléments de commodité tels que du sel, de l’huile ou quelques éléments de bases.
