Clean & modern beautiful room and nice location by the river. Also good landscape
Upon checking in the front staff denied to accept 3 persons on one room that we already booked & paid for 3 persons by Booking.com. And we explained the conditions but she still requested to pay for extra charge for the third customer that I’ve already booked for 2 nights with river view room. Without aby smile or good feeling from reception at the beginning and then we had an argument . After checking the conditions again, then she said this was the new condition with Booking.com and hotel. And she didn’t apologize us at all. Another front staff had to take care of us for checking-in instead. Apologies with sincere to customer is normal standard hospitality to customer.
