This bright and coastal decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is located on the seventh floor of Seacrest and has recently been remodeled.
The living room features two large plus sofas, offering plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the large flat screen TV or the stunning Gulf view. One of the sofas converts to a Sofa sleeper, allowing this condo to sleep 6. The floor to ceiling balcony doors open to the balcony offering a view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is seating on the balcony as well to enjoy the Gulf breeze with your morning cup of coffee.
The dining area features seating for 6 and bar seating for 2.
The kitchen is open and spacious. The full-sized appliances are all stainless steel and there is even a washer and dryer in this condo. All the pots, pans, and dining ware are provided so you can easily cook a meal before hitting the beach.
The guest bedroom has a King size bed. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

It is situated on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island, overlooks Emerald Walk Park, and has boardwalk access to the beach. It is conveniently located to water sports of all kinds, fishing, golf, fine restaurants, great shopping and many other local attractions for all ages with varied interests.
These units have angled views of the Gulf of Mexico which increase on the higher floors. The property has many amenities, to include a large outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, family BBQ with picnic area, and fitness room.

Please call our office in advance for the door code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
