Experience a beach day in the desert with the paddle boards, kayak, and life jackets, or enjoy a day in with the ping pong table, board games, and Smart TVs! The home itself boasts a fully furnished kitchen, a private garage, and a barbeque grill for the full vacation experience! With the amazing scenery and nearly limitless possibilities, it will be hard to imagine your next vacation anywhere else!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.
