War einfach top!!

the stay in the apartment was fantastic. the accommodation could not have been better. it was a spontaneous booking and we didn't expect much. we were very surprised everything was new, very clean, well furnished and the staff was more than helpful. super dear employees very courteous. if we come back to ulcinj hopefully we will stay in this accommodation again

Un séjour idéal dans un établissement central, confortable et parfaitement adapté aux familles, avec un accueil chaleure

La résidence a été une véritable belle surprise lors de notre séjour à Ulcinj. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et gentillesse par un personnel très serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et très agréable, avec un balcon pour profiter de l’air marin. L’emplacement est parfait : à deux pas du centre animé et de la vie nocturne, mais dans un environnement calme qui permet de bien se reposer. Un raccourci discret par l’arrière du garage rend les déplacements encore plus pratiques. Le garage, réparti sur trois niveaux, est un vrai atout pour garer sa voiture en toute tranquillité. La résidence nous a également permis de recharger notre voiture électrique, un geste très apprécié dans un pays où les bornes restent encore peu nombreuses. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre après les visites, avec des bouées mises à disposition pour les enfants. Un trampoline et d’autres jeux complètent les équipements pour les familles, ce qui a fait le bonheur des plus jeunes.

Honnêtement, rien de négatif à signaler. Tout a été conforme à nos attentes, voire au-delà.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel! Der Besitzer und das Personal sind herzlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist blitzsauber und neu. Das Hotel liegt in Ulcinj, einer sehr muslimfreundlichen Stadt mit vielen Halal-Restaurants, Moscheen und einer familiären Atmosphäre. Super Frühstück mit großem Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei! Strandnähe - besonders Hijab Beach! Pool im Hotel ein absolutes Highlight! Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt

- Sehr freundliches Personal! - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Saubere und genug grosse Zimmer - Allgemein nur weiterzuempfehlen!

- Je nach dem welcher Strand in Frage kommt, kann der Weg bisschen länger sein. Privaten Beach Clubs, die sehr schön sind, sind in unter 10min zu Fuss erreichbar; öffentliche Strände noch weitere 5min - Die Bar im Zimmer könnte man noch auffüllen (und natürlich zahlen bei Konsumierung). Kühlschrank ist aber vorhanden

Fino uređen stan sa pogledom na more. Čistoća je na visokom nivou i preukusna hrana za doručkom.

Veoma čisto, stan je dobro isplaniran sa spavaćom sobom i dnevnim boravkom gde mogu dve osobe da spavaju. Terasa je gledala na jug i to nam je omogućavalo da sedimo i ujutru i posle plaže i uživamo u pogledu na more, predivno. Doručak je bio predivan, pravi Balkanski.

U početku malo do daljine do grada i plaže ali posle je bilo ok da se šeta, prijalo nam je.

Nett, aber ausbaufähig.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber die Vorbereitungen durch das Personal wurden immer zu spät getroffen (erst nach 8:00). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr hilfreich.

Kabel kommen überall aus der Wand und einige Leitungen sind nicht verputzt. Der Balkon wurde geteilt und die Klimaanlagen sind genau vor dem Fenster und deutlich zu hören. Außerdem ist der Balkon dauerhaft nass dadurch. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr durch Müll belastet.

Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen.

Kleinigkeiten, wie Mülleimer oder Toilettenpapier waren nicht oder nicht ausreichend vorhanden, die auf Wunsch aber erfüllt wurden.
