Schock in Koksjide

Die Lage ist super. 350 m zum Strand, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist groß, liegt im 1. Stock und ist über eine schmale Treppe oder per Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.

Ankunft zum angemeldeten Zeitpunkt, keiner da. Eine Nachbarin sagte uns, dass die Schlüsselübergabe in einer Immobilienagentur stattfindet. Das war uns nicht gesagt worden. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war ein Automat, der Fragte ob es auf Französisch, dann drücken sie die 1, oder auf niederländisch, dann drücken sie die 2, weitergehen soll. Auf diese Art ging es weiter. In der Agentur musste zuerst eine Kaution von 300 € hinterlegt werden bevor wir die Wohnung betreten konnten. DANN DER SCHOCK !!! Die Möbel staubig, der Boden schlecht gewischt, das Bad auch nicht sauber.. Quittungen der Vormieter lagen noch herum. Kommentar: Die Endreinigung machen Studenten, die nehmen es nicht so genau. 116 € berechnen sie aber. Die Betten nicht bezogen, keine Handtücher. Man konnte sie für 25 € pro Person mieten. Kommentar: Das ist bei booking generell nicht inclusive. Außerdenm haben sie diesbezüglich eine e-mail geschickt bekommen. Ich habe dergleichen nie erhalten. Die Matratzen schmutzig, die Kopfkissen gelb, braun von denen sie vorher darauf schliefen. Nach lauter Beschwerde und langer Diskussion vor anderen Neuankömmlingen gab es dann neue Kopfkissen. Die Stühle am Esstisch durchgesessen, die Abzughaube löste permanent einen Kurzschluß aus und die halb heraushängende Steckdose im Flur ist für kleine Kinder lebensgefährlich. Tip für diejenigen die gerne kochen. Bringt eure eigenen Messer mit, kein taugliches vorhanden.
