tres propre ,tres bien équipé,lumineux ,grand balcon,le stationnement,proximité des commerces.rara appartement ou il y a tout(micro onde ,four,machine a café,clim,fer a repasser,clim,grand canape...)

Mooi grote en schone appartement. Grote hoekbank,tv en keuken aanwezig. Douche is mooi en modern ingericht. Wasmachine aanwezig zelfs waspoeder. Grote balkon. Drie hoog geen lift. Parkeerplek is aanwezig voor het appartement (openbaar en gratis )maar kan sommige momenten druk zijn. Goede locatie,veel restaurants in de buurt. Pizza zaak onder het appartement. Lopen naar strand of boulevard ongeveer 15 min. Lieve eigenaar erg attent. Reageert snel op berichten. Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Kom zeker terug als ik naar Vlore reis.
Geen minpunt maar ter verbetering voor het appartement: Balkon is mooi en groot,het zou erg leuk zijn om een paar stoelen en kleine tafels te hebben om lekker op het balkon te zitten. Keuken is rijk uitgerust maar miste helaas een waterkoker.
