Cudowne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek, bardzo duży teren zielony: piękne kwiaty, drzewa, dużo cienia i słońca, huśtawka na dworze, hamak, wiata do jedzenia na zewnątrz, grill, ognisko. Dodatkowo towarzystwo pięknych koni i uroczych psiaków. Pani Gospodyni, to przemiła osoba, dostępna na miejscu aby pomóc czy porozmawiać. Na terenie domki są tylko dwa, więc nie narażamy się na dużą ilość ludzi, wspólna kuchnia (w oddzielnym budynku) jest spora i bardzo dobrze wyposażona w naczynia, sztućce, przybory do gotowania. Cały obiekt położony jest kilka kilometrów od Żnina, także samochodem lub rowerem nie ma problemu, aby podjechać. Na terenie bezpłatne miejsca dla samochodu. Domki są nowe, czyste, przestronne, na wyposażeniu jest pościel, ręczniki, papier toaletowy.
