La maison était sympathique au niveau des volumes, avec une terrasse, et elle était proche de la mer.

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : le jardin manquait d’entretien et le salon de jardin paraît un peu daté. La décoration des chambres est assez minimaliste, ce qui peut donner une impression un peu sobre. La maison dispose de trois lits, mais ils ne sont pas très grands. Nous avons également remarqué une odeur désagréable liée à un problème de canalisation.
