Large 1 bedroom Penthouse with Large Terrace

Wow, just wow, this place was amazing! The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless and had everything you could possibly need, including a fully equipped kitchen. It was incredibly comfortable and set in a lovely quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the centre. The host was wonderful, friendly, helpful, communicative and flexible with timings.

I’m just sad I didn’t get to stay longer.

Our stay during the ever first visit to Athens was between Sep 7th and 8th, 2025 - just 1 night with late checkout (with extra fee) - but a big pleasant experience for our family. The owner Costas expressed fantastic hospitality and his flat was exceptional in all regards - spacious territory, modern design, big terrace, absolute cleanliness everywhere, permanent owner's availability for any issues in WhatsApp. Which was especially important for us - we got extra cot for our 2yo daughter without any fee and we were able to check-out lately with an extra fee. Furthermore, this incomparable place is offered for a more than fair price. I strongly recommend this place for everyone to stay and I personally will stay only here again and again when I visit Athens further!

Everything was very good, no bad memories.

It is truly a designer’s house, owner has spent a great deal of passion in it, so much spacious, it has one hundred square meters. A ninety degree two way balcony is as large as someone’s house. It closes to the subway station of M2 is another plus. Owner is so helpful, quick responding almost anything we asked. We had a great time spent there. Will rebook next to Athen.
