We were provided with a superb, home cooked breakfast out on the terrace overlooking a tranquil wooded garden. Anne had prepared a lovely fruit salad, baked breads and a range of cakes, as well as cooking us perfect scrambled eggs, all served with fresh fruit juice and coffees. The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion set in the countryside, a short drive from the town of Castelnaudary. Anne and Stephane were exceptional and friendly hosts who went out of their way to assist us and they speak good English. Our beautiful room was very large with a generous ensuite bathroom, all of which was immaculately clean.
Everything was to our satisfaction. We have no complaints at all.
