The villa is lovely and looks just like it does on the advert. It is modern, clean and located in a quiet area but is an easy, flat walk to the supermarket and the beach (approx. 7 mins walk) and the harbour (15 mins walk), with all it's restaurants and bars. The grounds at the front of the villa, where the pool is located, are spacious and there are a choice of seating areas. The grounds and property are well maintained. The property is gated and a stone wall and fence provide privacy from the road. The road is quiet and a popular route for cyclists. The upstairs outdoor seating area is a lovely place to sit in the evening. Most of the time, it was quiet and peaceful when we were at the villa. Overall, the villa itself was excellent.
A few meters to the rear of the property, two small buildings are in the process of being constructed (Sept 25). The building site is visible from certain areas in and around the villa. Work took place on the buildings on 2 occasions during our stay and it did spoil it for us slightly as the noise of banging and hammering wasn't what I expected during my intended quiet, relaxing holiday. We did go out for a long lunch on the days work took place, but having spent a lot of money on renting a villa I don't feel I should have to go out to get some peace and quiet. If no work had taken place during our stay, then I would have given the villa a higher review, as the villa is very nice and the location is good if you like to be in a peaceful area. Not everyone will be bothered by the work taking place, but for me personally it was a disappointment.

Everything. The villa is wonderful. Everything was cleaned perfectly. Tas is just a great guy and available 24/7. He welcomed us with a huge smile and told us what we can see on the island and the beaches. The fridge was stocked with essentials. We also met the owner, a great, kind lady. The villa has no neighbors, which makes the holiday even more pleasant. We had an amazing time there.
