Great location. Renovated apartament in Roma Norte

The location was amazing! Hosts quickly responded any and all questions.

It was hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower.

Best thing we liked was the responsive host. easy, clear directions to the property. We rented the very spacious 1 BD apt. Very clean. Very QUIET!. Not really windows you’d want to open but they do provide fans and it cools down a lot at night. Good shower, hot water. The hosts left bottled water and a bottle of wine. Nice little kitchen, coffee maker. Get milk for your morning coffee down the road at an OXO store on your way back from dinner. Lot of towels. Great location (as long as you stay West of Av Cuauhtemoc in my opinion. Just know your areas. Apt is 2 blocks from Colima avenue which has fantastic shops and restaurants including Rosetta (for a fancy, amazing meal). Go early and/or reserve). Madre cafe for a “boozy brunch” in a gorgeous historical building complete with outdoor seating and umbrellas. Food is spectacular and reasonable. Awesome taco place (very cheap, Michellin star) is LA89 Colima. Pork tacos + beef ramen-wow, just wow. Pictures shown are on Colima street

I had to give lower scores for comfort and lighting because the main room light above the bed could not be completely turned off, despite switching off the dimmer switch and main switch outside the bedroom. So, the ceiling light ebbed on and off for several hours while we tried to sleep and finally turned off (not sure why?). The double bed was too small for both of us but was comfortable enough. I slept on the sofa (not folded out) and was fine. The property manager/owner is aware of the light issue and was VERY responsive, even late at night, so I’m sure this issue has been fixed by an electrician. (Bring eye shade just in case). No front desk or security but front door is locked very securely.

The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect. The host were also very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mexico City
