Good location, the communication was great, all the codes that were provided were working. The apparent has a good AC, the washer was working great. Enough space for 5 people. There was loads of stuff for us to use, from a basket of goodies, to towels and shampoo, wash gel, conditioner, and even some all vera creams and shavi g cream. Good value for money.

The kitchen definitely needs updating, some of the dishes were still filthy in the cabinets from previous guests, we also had very loud neighbors next door to us and above us, we smelled weed pretty much every day on the balcony and in the middle of the night from 12pm to about 4am every night the neighbours were very very loud, which made it really hard to get a good night sleep. The most frustrating thing was that we had an 11-year-old with us and they felt very uncomfortable because of that.

Місце розташування дуже добре. Був приємний сюрприз з продуктового "компліменту". На всі прохання по усуненню недоліків реагували швидко. Близько до супермаркету Меркадона. До пляжу Лас Вістас 15 хвилин неспішної ходи. Тихе житло, сусіди не турбували.

WiFi не працював 2 дні, якась поломка у роутері, замінили на другий і все почало працювати. Не працювала пральна машинка, так і не змогли її включити. Треба дуже уважно відноситися до вхідного замку, ключ залишився у середині апартаментів у замку, при виході двері захлопнулись від протягу і все... ви не зайдете (добре, що представник вирішив цю проблему, але нерви були на межі). Замовляли апартаменти для трьох персон, а постіль була тільки для двох, після прохання принесли третю постіль.

The location is good, and the apartment itself is clean.

Poor communication with the hosts/landlords. We arrived after 9:00 PM and couldn’t get into the apartment because we were given an invalid code. No one replied to our messages or answered the phone. We were in complete shock for more than half an hour until someone finally called us back and gave us the correct code.
