Disappointing - place desperately needs love

Its close to a supermarket. The airco works although had to move the desk to the hallway to be able to work in comfortable temperature - but given how rare aircos are in airbnbs i'll take it.

We paid roughly the same as a mid-range 4-star hotel (about €100 more than the actual hotel down the street) and got a place that felt closer to a hostel. The flat was dirty on arrival: dust on shelves, crumbs on the counter, a greasy hob and sink, and a fridge that smelled stale. Dead plants and a bunch of random sticks in a vase passed for décor, highlighting how little care had gone into the space. The kitchen—our main reason for choosing the apartment—was unusable. Cabinets were sticky, utensils stained, and the sole cleaning sponge was so old it disintegrated when touched. We ended up eating out most nights. Everywhere you looked, basic maintenance had been skipped: chipped paint, loose fixtures, and zero replacement of cheap consumables. Unless the host invests in a professional deep clean and some routine TLC, this flat simply isn’t worth its current price. Save your money and book the real hotel—or any place where someone actually shows the property a little love.

The apt was properly prepared for our arrival even though we booked it just couple hrs before. The apt was clean and we enjoy it a lot. The host was very supportive.

it was a bright, airy and large apartment which was nice and clean. perfect for our stay

the apartment was in a well kept small residential block in a nice and quite area in the south of Monza. There was a good supermarket 3 minutes walk away, and we had breakfast at this café just around the corner. parking was free right outside.

the keyless entrance to the apartment, was making sense, but it meant that I had to always have enough battery life on my phone, to open the door using the link. I would have preferred having this code entry for the first time, and then have keys to use for the duration of the stay.
