Localização, bom atendimento, conforto.
O hotel é muito bom, mas faço duas ressalvas:
A) o isolamento acústico entre apartamentos deixa a desejar. Escuta-se tudo o que se passa no quarto ao lado e fica com desconfortável quando o vizinho decide bater papo pelo telefone tarde da noite, sem nenhum constrangimento em falar muito alto;
B) o banho pela manhã estava ótimo. Quis tomar outro antes de dormir, mas a água não esquentou o suficiente. Pode ter sido um problema pontual (não questionei), mas ocorreu.

It would be nice to have a better blanket and some shampoo.
